Question 1

Does Conxto apply for me?

Accepted Answer

With Autopilot on, it prepares the package and applies when the role clears your bar, and stops for your approval when the send requires it. Without it, Conxto prepares the package and you send it yourself.

Question 2

What does the fit score mean?

Accepted Answer

It compares the requirements the posting states with what your résumé shows. Below your minimum the job is still there, with what is missing named.

Question 3

Will it make things up in my résumé?

Accepted Answer

Conxto uses your résumé and confirmed facts, and flags missing evidence. Review the documents before applying.

Question 4

What does Conxto remember about me?

Accepted Answer

What it read from your résumé, and what you told it to remember, in your words. Profile then lists every item for you to edit or forget.

Question 5

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Copilot is $9 a month and Autopilot is $19 a month. Both give you 10 applications a day: a tailored résumé, letter and answers for each job. Autopilot also applies for you. Need more on a busy day? Add 25 extra applications for $5 or 60 for $10, on either plan. Prices are in USD; cancel any time.

Question 6

What is the difference between Copilot and Autopilot?

Accepted Answer

Copilot prepares the application and you send it. Autopilot runs four times a day, applies to strong fits inside your rules by email and on application forms, and stops and tells you when a person is needed.
