1. The service

Conxto finds job postings from public sources, checks them against your résumé, prepares application documents and tracks your applications. Copilot prepares and you send. Autopilot submits applications on your behalf inside the rules you set and stops when a send needs your answer. The operator is named in the Impressum.

2. Plans and payment

Copilot costs $9 and Autopilot $19 per month, in USD, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Taxes may apply. Each plan includes the number of prepared applications per day shown on the pricing section. Accounts are approved by a person before the first payment.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel any time by writing to hello@conxto.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal, are unaffected.

4. Autopilot is your instruction

When you switch Autopilot on, you instruct Conxto to submit applications that match your rules, using the documents and facts in your account. You are responsible for the rules you set and for the facts you confirm. Autopilot never applies below your minimum fit and stops when an employer asks for something it cannot answer from your confirmed facts.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

Conxto helps you apply; it cannot promise interviews, offers or employment. Fit scores are estimates. Job data comes from external sources and can be incomplete or expire.

6. Your account and content

Keep your credentials private and give truthful information. Conxto refuses to invent experience, and you agree not to use it to misrepresent yourself. Your résumé and documents remain yours; you grant us only the rights needed to run the service (see the privacy policy).

7. Fair use

No attempts to access other users' data, no scraping the service, no unlawful content, no automated mass sign-ups.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law (for example injury to life, body or health). For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

9. Ending the account

You can delete your account any time in Profile → Your data, which erases your data. We may end an account that breaks these terms, with notice where reasonable, and will point you to the export first.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email and in the product. German law applies; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
