Conxto reads live job postings against your résumé, tells you which roles fit and why, and prepares the application: a tailored résumé, a cover letter, answers to the screening questions and a draft email where the employer takes applications by email.
Two ways to use it

| Autopilot | You set the rules: roles, places, a minimum fit, how many per run. Autopilot applies to the strong fits inside those rules, skips the weak ones with a reason, and stops for you when a send needs your answer. You get a report after every run. |
What Conxto will not do
It does not invent experience. Every tailored line comes from your résumé or from facts you confirmed, and a requirement you do not meet is named, not added. It does not apply below the minimum fit you set. It does not sell your data.
How the fit score works
Each requirement the posting states is checked against what your résumé shows. The score says how much of the posting your résumé proves, and the list beside it names what matched and what is missing.
Who is behind it
Conxto is built and run by Vamsi Venkatesh in Magdeburg, Germany. It is a small, independent product: a person reads every message.
