Applying to more than one job at the same company
Last updated 9 October 2026
Short answer. It is fine to apply to two or three roles at the same company when each one genuinely fits; tailor each application and keep your story consistent. Applying to many unrelated roles at once suggests you have no clear direction.
When it works
- The roles are related (for example analyst and senior analyst).
- Each application is tailored to its posting.
- You can explain why both interest you.
When it hurts
Ten applications across marketing, finance and engineering at one employer. Recruiters often see all of them together.
If you know a recruiter there
Ask which role is the better fit; they may route you themselves.
Questions
Will the company see all my applications?
Usually yes; most systems show a candidate's history.
Can I reapply to a role that rejected me?
Later, with new evidence, yes; immediately, rarely useful.
Conxto checks live postings against your résumé, tailors each application from your real experience and prepares the letter and answers. Copilot: you send it. Autopilot: it applies for you.
