Where should my certification appear?
In a certifications block near the top, naming the awarding chamber and year, because practices verify it before interview. In Germany the Medizinische Fachangestellte qualification is the screen, and additional endorsements such as radiology assistance or wound management should sit with it.
Which clinical skills should I list first?
The ones the advert names, then the ones with the most risk attached. Phlebotomy, ECG and injections carry more weight than filing, and a practice hiring for a busy morning clinic wants to see draw volumes and repeat-draw rates rather than a general list.
Does the practice specialty matter?
Yes, it changes the job entirely. Orthopaedics means casts and dressings, general practice means chronic disease recalls and high patient volume, dermatology means minor procedure assistance. Name the specialty in the company line so your experience is read correctly.
