Full-Stack Developer résumé example for 2026

A senior full-stack résumé lives or dies on evidence of ownership: platforms led, migrations architected, teams mentored. This example is adapted from a real engineer's openly licensed résumé — the roles, stack and claims are the author's own, which is exactly what a credible senior résumé reads like.

Adapted from a real résumé published under MIT — source repository. Name and contacts anonymized; the roles, stack and claims are the original author's own.

What a full-stack developer résumé has to show

  1. A stack line the parser can lift verbatim (React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL)
  2. One line per role stating what you OWNED, not what you touched
  3. Architecture decisions with their consequences (migration, release process, monitoring)
  4. Evidence of mentoring or leading — senior means multiplying others

Bullets you can adapt

Every one names a system or a surface, a change, and a number. Take the shape, not the figures — substitute your own and keep them defensible.

  • Led frontend team at a real-time platform supporting 30+ users per room with HD streaming and collaboration tools
  • Architected migration from CRA to Next.js for improved performance, SEO and developer experience
  • Led a product squad building an enterprise agile meeting platform used by distributed teams
  • Built a design system with Tailwind CSS, improving development speed and time to market
  • Established a release process enabling faster deployments and reliable rollbacks
  • Implemented engineering practices across the team: PR automation, code-review guidelines and workflows

And the ones to cut

These are duties and adjectives. They describe a job title, not a person doing it.

  • Full-stack developer with experience in frontend and backend technologies
  • Worked on various client projects using modern frameworks
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining web applications

Full-Stack Developer résumé questions

What makes this example "real"?

Its résumé content is adapted from a real engineer's résumé, published openly under the MIT licence in the source repo we credit above. We anonymized the name and contact details and kept the career content — the roles, the stack, and the claims are the original author's own.

Should a senior full-stack résumé list every technology?

No. This one names roughly a dozen technologies across four roles, and each appears where it was actually used. A 40-item skills cloud reads as noise to a human and adds nothing an ATS was not already matching from the experience section.

How long should a senior résumé be?

One page if you can, two at most. This example covers roles at five companies in one page by giving each role one ownership line and two or three consequence bullets — the pattern to copy.

Start from this example, then make it yours.
